About the role With the supervision of the Supply Chain Director, the Customer Service and Supply Excellence Manager will be in charge of defining and implement a global supply chain strategy to maintain a high customer service level and optimize the Supply Chain costs by supervising the chain end to end (from suppliers to customers).

2. Functional Capabilities

Customer service Monitor and supervise customer service function for all markets/channels served from Dubai. Ensure OTIF objectives are met and put in place action plans with 3PL, customers to improve service level and propose new services.

Continuous improvement and Supply Excellence Develop and monitor implementation for all Supply Chain KPI's (Forecast Accuracy, Days of Forecast Cover, Bias, OTIF, CFR and Slow Selling obsolete stock). Develop strong relationships with main Brand Companies to reduce the lead times and improve dispatch efficiency by conducting monthly supply reviews. Proactively identify areas of improvement and build the continuous improvement roadmap. Work on maximizing Vehicle fill rate to reduce the cost and Carbon footprint

Digitalization Technology enablement in supply chain is a key part of the job which involves implementation of automated tools. Ownership and change management needed for such implementation would be very critical. Build a roadmap for digital initiatives across 3 pillars of Supply chain: Planning, Customer Service and Logistics

Risk Management Identify and evaluate operational risks such as supply, quality, safety, environment, security, regulatory compliance (including customs and tax), social and ethical (including reputation) and design and implement appropriate risk-mitigation plan in compliance with internal and external standards and norms. Build Business Continuity Plans for E2E Supply Chain

Customer service and quality orientation Place service and quality at the heart of the business, making sure customer satisfaction is optimum (available product at the right time, in the right place, at the right quality and the right cost). Ensure that Trade Inventories meet the agreed level monthly. Lead and develop Customer service activities to deliver high levels of service to the customer - complete order, on-time delivery, free of damage, and accurate transaction. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction. Drive SMART KPIs, define corrective actions plans.

Business and Financial acumen Contributes actively to the development of the company strategic plan and identifies key company drivers & stakes from functional perspective as well as understands and monitors cost impact of investments to maximize cash and CTS

Project and Change Management ead change to ensure new solutions are evaluated, adopted, and implemented (through alignment of business strategy, culture, structure, processes, people, and the implementation of projects)

Communication and relationship building Communicate effectively and build beneficial relationship with key stakeholders, through strong interpersonal skills

Profile Requirements (Education / Experience & Background / Skills & Competencies)

Diploma/Master degree holder in Logistics/Supply Chain Management Minimum 7 years' experience in comparable role with 5 years in management capacity Strong decision-making skills combined with capability to challenge the status quo Proactive individual with good organizational, interpersonal and time management skills Good presentation and communication skills - capable to communicate with different levels Excellent relationship management and good negotiation skills Strong effectiveness, self-motivated, results orientation and analytical skills, with strong ability to adapt to change Good general business sense, strong in statistics Structured way of working with high level of attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
