Salary: AED 5000 - AED 5500

Our client is a Leading Financial Technology Solution Company. They are now looking for an Customer Service Agent to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Answering customer calls, listening to their concerns and solving problems.
Must be calm under pressure.
Must to comfortable to work in Shifts.
Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
Hard working, open to take other tasks assigned out of the responsibilities.
