  • Deal directly with customers via email using Zendesk customer support software
  • You will be responsible for responding to and following up on support requests
  • Recording details of requests, comments and complaints
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Understand the demand of consumers to provide timely service and solutions.
  • Refer important insights and unresolved customer complaints to supervisor
  • Active participation in the further development of customer support
