Responsibilities:

Assist customers with their inquiries and ensure they have all the information they need in a friendly and approachable manner. Collaborate with floor supervisors and operations manager to ensure customers receive quick and effective solutions. Provide customers with helpful and thoughtful guidance, ensuring their shopping experience is enjoyable and smooth. Assist customers with returns, addressing their concerns and offering suitable solutions to ensure satisfaction and a smooth return process. Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for every customer, leaving them with a lasting, pleasant impression of their visit.

Key Requirements:

A strong customer service orientation with a natural ability to connect and engage with others. Fluency in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2 years experience in a similar role (experience in the FMCG or retail industry is a plus). Comfortable with professional telephone communication, maintaining a courteous and professional tone. A good understanding of business and sales, always keeping customer satisfaction in mind. A dynamic, results-driven personality who can thrive under pressure while maintaining a calm, positive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
