Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the maintenance of vip users and new users in the Middle East, and timely processing and follow-up of user demands. 2. Be responsible for the conversion of users\' recharge methods, and guide users to recharge through proxy recharge, so as to increase the coverage of proxy recharge. 3. Responsible for establishing alliances with users and collecting user information. 4. Plan recharge activities, and timely encourage users to participate in activities to increase recharge according to recharge status and social relations. 3. Timely and properly solve users\' recharge and other problems, and be able to maintain the relationship between the official and users and the relationship between active users. 5. Be responsible for the recharge and conversion performance of the responsible users, and complete the recharge and conversion goals in a timely and effective manner. 6. Operating the official Instagram account, publishing hot topics & activities and highlight moments of users on the platform every week. Job Requirements: 1. Native Arabic speaker, working location: Dubai 2. More than one year of working experience in voice/live broadcast/social products, experience in maintaining vip users and resources are preferred. 3. Good maintenance and recharge transformation ability, flexible and aggressive thinking, responsible for performance. 4. Good at coordinating and resolving conflicts, strong communication and adaptability, and stable personality. 5. Have excellent sales ability and team management ability.
