Job Summary: Looking for a Customer Service Agent in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Respond to customer inquiries over the telephone, email or chat, ensure giving the accurate and timely information
  • Handle customer queries as well as complaints in a timely and professional way
  • Make sure all team members follow company policies and procedures while handling customers
  • Ensure providing excellent services to customers
  • Perform any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in a business related course or its equivalent
  • Practical experience in customer service role within banks, malls, call centre, general stores, mega stores, restaurants, hotels etc required
  • Must be familiar with customer service tools
  • Good communication and customer service skills required
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Good Ms Office suite knowledge required
  • Excellent problem solving skills required
