Joining our team to represent our Brand in providing stellar customer service to our guests, we are looking for:

Customer Service Agents

Your Role

You will be Beond's guests' first point of contact for enquiries, reservations or complaints. You will be expected to provide an exemplary service with quick resolutions to complaints to ensure the happiness of Beond's guests.

You will:

  • Serve as a "Brand Ambassador" for Beond by anticipating guest needs and exceeding their expectations. You will demonstrate this through being consistently professional, visible, approachable, flexible, reliable, accountable and by delivering the highest levels of customer service in everyday assignments, special projects and initiatives.
  • Proactively provide assistance to passengers in emergency situations such as weather events, security breaches, flight delays, and security level changes.
  • Utilize a variety of technology devices to assist guests with information requests and maintain a current level of knowledge about Beond by attending training, airline briefings and meetings with managers, supervisors and stakeholders.
  • Promote strategic partnerships by informing guests of Beond's marketing promotions and program benefits and actively upsell product add-ons.
  • Handle incoming calls/chats from guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Handle written correspondence with guests and other departments as needed.
  • Research and resolve guests' issues, keeping accurate records of interactions.
  • Promptly escalate complex issues to Customer Service Team Lead.
  • Maintain records of customer complaints and reports that information to the appropriate departments for correction.
Your Profile:

Ideally, you have
  • A minimum of two (2) year of customer service experience.
  • Proficient in the use of internet applications (e.g., Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.).
  • Excellent customer service skills (e.g., verbal, written, listening).
  • Enthusiastic and willing to play an important role in helping to retain Beond guests.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel. PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
  • Fluency in English; fluency in other languages will be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with IATA policies related to fare and ticketing rules/policies and operational procedures.
  • Sales and marketing experience.
