Customer Service Advisor

Job Description

Due to our quality-driven approach, we are looking for experienced and service-oriented Customer Service Executives to support our holiday operations. The role focuses on post-booking customer support, issue resolution, and maintaining high service standards across all customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities



Act as the first point of contact for all post-reservation customer enquiries. Handle customer concerns and requests for bookings made via the sales team or company website. Investigate, coordinate, and resolve customer issues within agreed timelines. Liaise with internal departments to ensure effective and timely resolution of queries. Attend training sessions to maintain and enhance product and service knowledge. Support the team with ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Skills and Experience



2 to 5 years of experience in a customer service role. Previous experience in the travel industry is mandatory. Minimum 2 years of hands-on customer handling experience via face-to-face, email, and phone. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and listening skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, flexible, value-driven, and a strong team player.

Salary and Benefits



Monthly salary range: AED 4,000 to AED 5,000, based on experience. Attractive performance-based incentives. Meals provided. Incentive travel opportunities based on performance. Employment visa and Emirates ID. Medical insurance. Other benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
