We are looking for a

Customer Service Advisor

with a minimum of

2 years experience

in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and service coordination. The ideal candidate should be professional, well-spoken, and able to manage customer interactions efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries from customers and tenants. Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and requirements. Assist with customer concerns and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with relevant departments. Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up when required. Manage schedules, appointments, and updates for client-related requests. Ensure a positive customer experience and uphold the company's service standards.

Requirements:



Minimum of 2 years experience

in customer service or front-office roles (mandatory). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Fluency in English.
