We are seeking a polite, organized, and friendly individual to join our team. This job involves interacting with customers, assisting with administrative tasks, and managing the website.
Key Responsibilities:
Talk to customers and answer their questions by phone, email, or WhatsApp
Prepare quotations and invoices, and follow up with clients when needed
Update product details and stock availability on our Shopify website
Use Canva to create or edit simple product images
Help with daily office tasks and work closely with our team
Requirements:
1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or admin work
Good with computers and quick to learn new tools
Basic Canva skills are a bonus
Good at communicating and handling multiple tasks
Ready to join immediately
Salary & Benefits:
AED 3,000 - 3,500
(based on experience)
