Customer Sales Officer
who can confidently engage with client inquiries, provide information, and help convert interest into bookings.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers -- guiding them with care, clarity, and enthusiasm.
Customer Sales Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to WhatsApp and online inquiries quickly and professionally.
Explain services, pricing, and booking process to leads.
Maintain customer database (Google Sheets ).
Follow up with potential leads to close sales.
Support coordination of client documents
We're Looking For Someone Who
Is friendly, patient, and confident in communication (English fluency required).
Enjoys helping people and creating positive client experiences.
Is organized, reliable, and can work with minimal supervision.
Has basic computer and mobile app skills (WhatsApp, Google workspace, Ms office etc.).
Has prior experience in customer service, sales, or admin
