We're Hiring - Customer Sales Executive
Location: Al Quoz, Dubai
Company: DCS Cleaning Services
Position: Customer Sales Executive (Freshers can apply)
Department: Sales/Operations
Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing client calls, emails, messages and inquiries
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
Record and update customer details in the database
Perform accurate and timely data entry of daily operations
Maintain proper records and prepare reports as required
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
Requirements:
High school diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Good communication skills in English, Other Language (Fluent in Urdu or Hindi is advantageous)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software
Prior experience in customer service or data entry is an advantage
Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also apply
