Job Summary:

IDS Solution is hiring a dedicated and experienced

female customer service professional

to join as a

Retention and Telecalling Executive

in

Business Bay, Dubai

. The role focuses on retaining existing customers, managing high-volume outbound and inbound calls, and promoting services from leading telecom providers. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in

Etisalat or Du channel partner roles

.

Key Responsibilities:

Retain existing customers by building trust and resolving concerns Execute customer engagement strategies to

reduce churn and cancellations

Make

50-100 daily outbound calls

to existing and potential customers Respond professionally to inbound inquiries with accurate service details Upsell and cross-sell telecom services and promotions Maintain detailed call logs and customer feedback using CRM tools or Excel Meet or exceed

daily and monthly sales/retention KPIs

Collaborate closely with internal sales and support teams Generate performance reports as required

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience

in customer retention, outbound calling, or telesales Prior experience with

Etisalat or Du channel partners

is a plus Excellent verbal communication in

Urdu and/or Hindi

Working knowledge of

CRM platforms

or Microsoft Excel Proven ability to manage customer objections and close retention calls Must be

female

and currently

residing in the UAE

Capable of handling both inbound and outbound calls efficiently Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
