Fintrek Marketing is seeking a

Customer Retention Executive

to join our dynamic team. If you're skilled in

Microsoft Excel

, confident on calls, and have at least

1 year of experience

in telesales or customer-facing roles, this is your chance to grow in a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact existing customers to

ensure satisfaction

and

encourage repeat business

Utilize

Excel

to manage and analyse customer data and generate reports Handle follow-ups, service-related queries, and relationship management Support retention and upsell campaigns with proactive communication Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve client experience Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer interaction logs

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in

telesales

,

customer service

, or

retention

Strong proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

(data entry, formulas, basic reporting) Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and follow-through Must be

currently residing in the UAE

Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
