Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support the customer relationship team in managing day-to-day interactions.

Conduct regular client reviews using CRM tools to measure satisfaction and areas for improvement.
Strategize with internal teams and management to enhance customer experience.
Understand the specific needs of each client and tailor solutions accordingly.

Expand the customer base through proactive engagement and relationship-building efforts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1 years of experience in a customer relationship or account management role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong ability to present to clients with confidence.
