As we continue to expand and grow, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated
Customer Relations/Brand Manager
to lead the development and execution of customer engagement strategies and brand management initiatives. This dual-role position is responsible for cultivating strong relationships with customers while ensuring the brand is consistently represented across all channels. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, data-driven, and passionate about building meaningful connections between brand and audience.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Customer service/sales/brand management or a related role, preferably within the beauty or salon industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic will be added advantage, but not essential.
:
Increase revenue through driving sales strategies and upselling/cross selling, manage promotions etc. Passionate about beauty, spa, and the salon industry. Strong understanding of current beauty trends and customer preferences. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage relationships with various stakeholders. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
