Job description:As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the face of our establishment, responsiblefor delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the security and confidentiality of ourclients\' assets. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients have a seamless and exclusiveexperience at all times. Key responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Client Engagement: Greet clients warmly and maintain a professional and courteousdemeanor at all times. Build strong, personalized relationships with clients and cater to theirunique needs. \xe2\x97\x8f Information and Assistance: Provide in-depth information about our services, features, and security measures. \xe2\x97\x8f Security Protocols: Ensure the highest level of security for client assets. Verify clientidentities, monitor access, and implement strict security procedures at all times. \xe2\x97\x8f Client Inquiries: Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly andprofessionally, whether in person, via phone, or through email. \xe2\x97\x8f Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and boxaccess in compliance with company policies. \xe2\x97\x8f Maintenance and Cleaning: Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility touphold its luxurious atmosphere. \xe2\x97\x8f Confidentiality: Uphold strict confidentiality and privacy standards regarding client information and box contents. Qualifications: \xe2\x97\x8f Previous UAE experience in a customer service role, preferably in a luxury setting, jewelry,high-end retail, or banking/financial institution. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen sense of discretion. \xe2\x97\x8f Fluent in English and another language (French, Italian or Russian). \xe2\x97\x8f Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. \xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of security and safety protocols. \xe2\x97\x8f Professional appearance and demeanor. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong problem-solving abilities. \xe2\x97\x8f Capable of performing effectively under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
