Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 3 years' experience in academic administration or training program management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Experience with

CRM and LMS

platforms is a plus Detail-oriented and proactive in maintaining compliance Capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team

Key Responsibilities

Course Management:

Develop, schedule, and coordinate academic programs across various formats

Enrollment & Student Support:

Handle registrations, respond to inquiries, and guide students through the training journey

Trainer Coordination:

Liaise with instructors, manage contracts, and ensure they're equipped with necessary materials

Records & Documentation:

Maintain attendance logs, certifications, and compliance documents with accuracy

Quality Assurance:

Ensure training content meets institutional standards and accreditation benchmarks

Logistics & Facilities:

Organize classrooms, technology, and materials for smooth learning experiences

Financial Oversight:

Support budgeting, payment processing, and financial tracking for programs

Compliance & Policies:

Uphold educational regulations and institutional guidelines

Reporting:

Prepare performance reports and monitor training effectiveness

Lead Generation:

Collaborate with marketing to attract new students and corporate clients
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
