Key Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with company-provided leads to generate sales opportunities.
Present and promote products/services using provided sales materials.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through excellent client servicing.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions to achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, inquiries, and sales.
Collaborate with the sales and management team to develop effective strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in the UAE (Banking, Insurance, or Real Estate industry preferred).
UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
