Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
Schedule and manage appointments, coordinating with medical staff.
Answer calls, address inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Assist with patient registration and maintain accurate records.
Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
Qualifications:
2+ years of receptionist experience, preferably in healthcare.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in office software.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
