Corporate Relationship Manager (RM)

specializing in

the banking field and accounting,

is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships between the company and the banks.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Banks Relationship Management

-Build and maintain long-term relationships with bank's representatives.
-Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries and service issues.
-Understand company's financial needs and goals.
-Cross-sell banking products (e.g., loans, credit cards, insurance, investment products).

Portfolio Management

-Monitor company portfolios to ensure satisfaction and profitability.
-Conduct regular reviews and risk assessments.
-Suggest financial solutions tailored to the company's profile.

Compliance and Risk

-Ensure all transactions comply with banking regulations and internal policies.
-Conduct due diligence (KYC/AML checks).
-Monitor account activities to prevent fraud or misuse.

Reporting and Documentation

-Prepare reports.

Daily Tasks:

Reviewing transactions. Meeting or calling the bank's RM to discuss financial products or address concerns. Preparing proposals for financial solutions. Liaising with internal departments (credit, compliance, operations). Monitoring market trends and bank product updates. Build long-term relationships with key people in every bank or relevant establishment.
