What are we looking for

We are looking for professionals to join a challenging project in the Customer Quality department in Dubai. You will provide advanced technical support to our sales team on solving customers\' claims, as well as, providing advice to all our customers on how to design, elaborate and install our materials. The job involves traveling 70 % of the time.

What you will do

• Dealing with end users\' claims. Giving resolution and solving when possible.

Projects follow up, online and onsite, at any stage: design, elaboration, installation and building site final cleaning.

Large format training on handling and installation processes. Both practical and theorical.

Training our internal and external customers on new product updates.

Managing product manuals, updating them according to new updates.

What you need to succeed

Professional Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in construction management.
• Customer service and suppliers\' management.
• Experience in design and installation of ventilated fa\xc3\xa7ade (desirable).

Academical Background:

• Bachelor\'s degree in building engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or similar.

Knowledge:

• English Level: C1 (construction sector vocabulary).
• Other languages (desirable).
