Responsible for all Pre-season and in seasonal order process - Sports Brands
- Manage assigned customer accounts
- Pre Book order management, export and local orders
- Track inbound and outbound shipments
- PTL and normal order managing
- Generate Season Order Pro Forma Invoices, Implementation and other supporting details
- Generate orders for packing on a daily basis
- Generate available Pro Forma etc. for payment and confirmation on packing
- Register for Country of origin certificate in Chamber of commerce web site for all export shipments
- Provide necessary details to Finance for LC documentation
- Provide shipping details (Invoice, packing list, export document and AWB) to notify customer on upcoming shipments
- Generate replenishment orders and split delivery orders in system and provide availability details for customer confirmation
- Generate ATP stock list and assortment for replenishment orders
- Generate cost working sheet etc., for discount approvals
- Generate reports – Daily and weekly Sales Tracking, availability, under packing, ready to go, released order summaries to plan the business
- Coordinate with other internal departments
- To support all day to day Order Management and Customer Service activities to deliver business results
- Preferably with prior experience handling Supply Chain operations
