Required Experience:
At least 1-2 years' experience in customer service and government relations
Required Education & Qualification:
With UAE passport & family book holder
High school or Degree holder
Skills Required:
Knowledge of UAE government processes and regulations.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
100% accuracy data entry
Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently handle government process.

Strong communication skills both Arabic and English
