Job Position- Customer Happiness Ambassador- Female
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage customer service hall and ensure all services are provided to customers in accordance with RTA approved procedures.Resolve customers challenges.
2.Communicate with RTA support teams to address challenges and improve customer satisfaction.
3.Guide customers, whenever possible, to complete automated transactions through the RTA-approved online channels.
4.Maintain a professional appearance and courteous interaction with customers.
Technical and Functional Requirements :
1. Knowledge of licensing procedures for all services available on the various smart channels.Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
2.Familiarity with licensing systems.
3.Awareness of the terms and conditions for each service.
4.Provide a tablet device to offer services in case the customer does not have a smart device.
Previous experience in customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
