Responsibilities:
Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
Guide clients through step-by-step solutions.
Document and track issues in the ticketing system.
Follow up with clients to ensure issue resolution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience in a technical support role.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Proven experience as a technical support agent or similar role.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Windows, Mac OS, and common office software.
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
Skills:
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
