Customer Experience Advisor (Makeup & Team Support) Job Summary: This role combines client-facing service with operational and aesthetic support in a high-end beauty or wellness environment. The Customer Experience Advisor plays a key role in ensuring a seamless, elevated experience for clients from arrival to departure, while also supporting the medical or aesthetic teams with general coordination and post-treatment care. This includes reception duties, product knowledge, and basic makeup application using professional-grade products. Key Responsibilities: Client Experience & Front Desk Duties
Provide a warm and professional welcome and exit for all clients.
Coordinate scheduling, invoicing, and follow-ups.
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of client-facing areas and amenities.
Manage refreshments and maintain stock of office and retail products.
Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams during visits.
Offer feedback and suggestions for improving the customer journey.
Operational & Team Support
Assist with light administrative and coordination tasks during staff absences or peak times.
Support with imaging and documentation as needed.
Maintain inventory of cosmetic and skincare products.
Communicate and embody the brand's vision and values to clients.
Makeup & Post-Treatment Support
Apply natural, post-treatment makeup using medical-grade products.
Consult with clients to ensure comfort and satisfaction with their appearance.
Maintain strict hygiene standards and ensure tools and products are properly managed.
Skills and Requirements:
Experience in the beauty, aesthetics, or medical wellness industry; healthcare assistant background is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with a polished, client-focused attitude.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Flexibility to support outside of regular working hours when needed.
Culturally aware, adaptable, and able to represent the brand with professionalism.
A proactive mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Willingness to learn and assist with non-core tasks when required.
