As we scale, we're looking for a Customer Excellence Expert to help us run smoother sales, close faster, and deliver smarter.
Role Overview:
The Customer Excellence Manager will be responsible for accelerating deal flow, supporting the sales team with operational precision, and ensuring commercial deals--from high-volume creators to brand partnerships--are closed cleanly and compliantly. You'll be the go-to person for navigating pricing, structuring agreements, and removing roadblocks during the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Deal Execution & Support:
Work closely with the sales team to structure, review, and finalize partner proposals.
Own deal documentation (quotes, SoWs, pricing models, partner terms, etc.).
Ensure timely execution by coordinating with internal teams (legal, finance, production).
Sales Process Optimization:
Develop and maintain scalable processes for quoting, approvals, and deal tracking.
Identify and eliminate friction in the deal flow to shorten sales cycles.
Manage tools (e.g., HubSpot, Notion, e-sign platforms) and suggest improvements.
Strategic Commercial Support:
Support custom projects, new brand onboarding, and non-standard partner requests.
Monitor deal profitability and ensure alignment with Spaarkd's business goals.
Internal Collaboration:
Liaise with product and fulfillment teams for feasibility, costing, and timelines.
Align with marketing and growth teams for partnership campaigns and rollouts.
What We're Looking For
:
3-6 years of experience in sales operations, deal desk, revenue ops, or partnerships.
Experience in DTC, manufacturing, fashion tech, or e-commerce is a huge plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with changing priorities.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Tools: HubSpot (or similar CRM), Excel/Sheets, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace.
5 Days on site role
Salary Range upto 10 K AED
