A Day in the Life
In this role you will support the planning and execution of key engagement events, analyze customer satisfaction data to provide actionable insights, draft Strategic Account communications, and contribute to other Strategic Account innovative initiatives. By ensuring seamless coordination and insightful analyses, this position will directly contribute to enhancing executive customer experience and advancing commercial priorities.
Internship details:

• Start date: June 2025
• Duration: 3 months
• Working hours: 40 h/week with flexibility
• Working model: hybrid (3 days from the office)
• Location: Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Support the organization of executive customers engagement events (e.g., managing CEO summit attendees list, drafting supporting materials).
• Draft and/or gather content for to Strategic Account engagement initiatives (e.g., newsletters, townhalls, SharePoint).
• Collect customer satisfactions surveys, analyze data, and prepare reports.
• Assist other Strategic Account commercial enabling activities, as needed.

Required Knowledge:

• Recent graduate or in the final year of studies in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, with strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong in quantitative competencies combined with a curious approach.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Eager to learn & develop.

Would be a plus:

• Marketing major or background in marketing.
• Fluency in Arabic language.
