The Position

Purpose:

Actively engage with a diversity of stakeholders (Internal and External) to support selected customers in local and international event management.

Acting as an Engagement interface for defined customers

Act as \xe2\x80\x9ccustodian\xe2\x80\x9d of coremap to all oncology activities

Act as \xe2\x80\x9ccustodian\xe2\x80\x9d of all events locally & internationally

Responsibilities:

Medical information (MI Atlas) Accountable.

All administrative logistics for all local & international events: FMV, Contracts, Quick submissions, PR, PO, reservations, GSDs, Job closure, IHCP

All technical logistics for local & international events: material preparation & approvals; Invitations, communications & updates to customers regarding the event; Agenda finalization; Briefing of agencies when needed after coordination with the owner;

Customer-facing SPOC.

Engaging with specified customers & channeling (either digitally or F2F) product messages as requested

Strong (scientific) medical background,

Established knowledge base/ skill set in

Ability to initiate and manage local and international congresses

Experience in project management
