A Communications and Engagement Manager, is responsible for overseeing the implementation of both internal and external communication strategies. Their duties include managing external communication channels like social media platforms, company websites and media relations, writing copy for company newsletters or memos and adhering to a company’s brand by publishing content and marketing materials.
Roles & Responsibilities
Development and implementation of communication campaigns on company social media platform (Workplace)
Development of an engagement playbook with a set of guidelines, key messages, best practices and visuals for use by our main stakeholders (product managers and application owners)
Management and coordination of team building activities and on-site events
Establishing marketing initiatives that include planning/developing brand and promotional programs, total control and responsibility of all external media buys, design, messaging, events and on-ground activations and collateral.
Spearheading trade marketing, new product launch management and leading brand management initiatives regionally to ensure global brand consistency.

Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
Work with different marketing departments to generate new ideas and strategies

Work experience requirement
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field.
