We are looking for a
Customer Complaints Support
to join our growing team and help us maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customers with complaints, concerns, or inquiries.
Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner.
Coordinate with internal teams (Service Advisors, Estimators, Technicians) to resolve issues effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on their service experience.
Identify patterns in customer complaints and recommend improvements to processes or services.
Support the team in maintaining
Royal Swiss Auto's
reputation for excellent customer service.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in automotive, hospitality, or retail sectors.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging customer situations.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Proficiency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
