Monitor and respond to customer complaints and inquiries received through online channels, such as email, social media, and chat, with professionalism
Investigate customer issues and concerns, providing prompt and satisfactory resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Interact with customers in a courteous and helpful manner, demonstrating excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Generate reports from different portals, talk to customers and propose solutions, help the stores to reduce customer complaints, and increase customer satisfaction scores
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience
