The Role
Position Title: Customer Care Specialist Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A fast-growing quick service restaurant in the UAE : \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and respond to customer complaints and inquiries received through online channels, such as email, social media, and chat, with professionalism \xe2\x80\xa2 Investigate customer issues and concerns, providing prompt and satisfactory resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention \xe2\x80\xa2 Interact with customers in a courteous and helpful manner, demonstrating excellent communication skills, both written and verbal \xe2\x80\xa2 Generate reports from different portals, talk to customers and propose solutions, help the stores to reduce customer complaints, and increase customer satisfaction scores \xe2\x80\xa2 Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience

Requirements
Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Female, 35 years old and below \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 years of experience in related role \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience as a CCS in a high-paced restaurant is preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Immediate joiners will be prioritized
