Role Overview:



Based in Abu Dhabi, the Customer Care Specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls from iFM's clients, addressing issues related to hard and soft services. The role involves logging and resolving service requests, updating records, and coordinating with operations teams to ensure timely and effective resolution, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently Log customer requests and complaints, troubleshoot issues, and follow up until resolution Provide clear, solution-oriented responses and escalate inquiries as needed Update customer records and reissue tasks when required Promote company updates via social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)

Qualifications & Experience:



Diploma/Degree in any field Strong communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency preferred) Minimum 2 years of experience working in Call Center ERP / CAFM system Experience in FM or Property Management is a plus Social media awareness and customer-first mindset
