Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in both English and Arabic
Assist customers with product/service inquiries and support
Resolve complaints efficiently and professionally
Accurately document interactions in CRM systems
Meet performance and quality targets
Requirements:
Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with computers and CRM tools

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
