Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and professional

Call Center Agent

fluent in both

English and Arabic

to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding service across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound calls in both English and Arabic Assist customers with product/service inquiries and support Resolve complaints efficiently and professionally Accurately document interactions in CRM systems Meet performance and quality targets

Requirements:



Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient with computers and CRM tools
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
