Job Description

As customer care representative at our company, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with business clients. You will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, understanding client needs, and promoting our financial products and services. Your day-to-day tasks will involve prospecting, lead generation, client presentations, and negotiating deals. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of financial services, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build and nurture B2B relationships. You will collaborate with the sales team, utilize market insights, and stay updated on industry trends to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. Success in this role will require a deep understanding of financial products and a proactive approach to engaging and servicing B2B clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and prospect potential B2B clients in the financial services sector. 2. Understand the unique financial needs and challenges of each client, and propose customized solutions. 3. Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our services. 4. Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing to close deals and ensure client satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless implementation and delivery of services. 6. Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings. 7. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. 8. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. 9. Provide feedback to improve our products and services based on client feedback and market insights. 10. You will be required to carry on marketing services in-door as well as out-door. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred). 2. Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the financial or IT services sector. 3. Strong understanding of financial products, including investments, loans, and financial planning. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Results-driven and motivated to achieve and exceed sales goals. 7. Adaptability and the ability to learn and apply industry knowledge. 8. Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools. Additional benefits: Commission on sales will be provided on achieving sales target. Travelling allowance will be provided for out-door visits.
