Job Description

Our client, a growing food delivery brand, is looking for an experienced customer care representative for their company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organization skills. Opportunity to work with a growing company and ambitious leadership. Monthly Salary AED 2500 - 3000 plus Visa, paid leave, and Travel Allowance. Main responsibilities would include: Answer questions about products, promotions, order process, lead time, delivery and/or any general inquiry. Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems Resolve guest issues over multiple channels: phone, email, ticket system, and/or social. Manage email inbox to ensure all requests are responded to promptly. Create and compile reports on overall guest satisfaction. Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information. Generate sales leads. Understand all Good Company policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs. Committed to preserve the integrity of our brand. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Assist guests with placement of orders, cancellation of orders, change of address, change of payment method or information, re-ships, credits and/or refunds. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Job Requirements of Customer Care Representative: College Degree Require. knowledge of customer service principles and practices. knowledge of relevant computer applications. knowledge of social media platforms. knowledge of administrative procedures. numeric, oral and written language applications. Familiar with CRM systems and practices. Proven customer support experience. Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
