As a Customer Care and Operations Associate, you\'ll combine these elements to work directly with our customers to provide highly personalized solutions to their inquiries and ensure that their client accounts are up to date, in terms of invoicing and payment. Key Criteria:
- Have experience in customer care, including handling individual client accounts.
- Have experience in client invoicing and payment. Familiarity with Zoho software is a bonus.
- You are time-oriented, result driven, and display creative thinking to problem solve.
- Love interacting with clients through a wide range of mediums: social media, over the phone, and email.
- Want to join a team that encourages personal development and growth.
- Are a quick learner who is tech-savvy and open to learning and working with new tools
- Can navigate between multiple client interactions and internal systems
- Are available to work non-standard business hours that may include evenings until 8 PM, weekends, and holidays
Key Criteria:
- Excellent written and fluent verbal English is a must.
- Customer care or Service background mandatory. Operations background is a bonus.
- Willing to work shifts, 6 days a week on site.
