About the Internship: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Care Intern. As an intern, you will play a critical role in providing outstanding customer service and support to our customers. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop valuable skills in customer service and support. Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to customer issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with the operational team to improve processes and procedures
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
