Candidate should hold a Bachelor's /Diploma with medical background preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar position in medical insurance company or TPA within UAE preferred.
The candidate is responsible for answering customer enquiries over the Phone, Emails and other digital media platform.
The candidate should handle all calls, solve the concerns raised by customers by following the policy guidelines, table of benefits and company guidelines, rules & standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must.
