Our Nursery is a leading landscaping and plant nursery company in Dubai, offering professional irrigation and garden services across the UAE. We are looking for a dedicated
Customer Care Executive
to handle client communications, inquiries, and service coordination for our nursery and landscaping projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person at the nursery.
Provide accurate information about plants, landscaping materials, and irrigation services.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate between customers, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up on payments and project progress.
Maintain customer records and feedback logs.
Support marketing activities and assist with walk-in clients at the Garden Center.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in
customer service
,
sales support
, or
office coordination
(preferably in landscaping, nursery, or construction sectors).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in
English
(Arabic and Malayalam is a plus).
Strong organizational and computer skills (MS Office, Excel, email, CRM tools).
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Immediate joiners preferred.
UAE experience is an advantage.
