We are looking for Customer Care Executive
oCandidate should hold a Bachelor's /Diploma in Nursing/Pharmacy or any medical science field
oMinimum 3-5 years, having experience in an insurance company / TPA is an added advantage.
oCustomer Care Executive is responsible for answering customer enquiries over Phone, Email and other digital media.
oThe candidate should handle all calls, solve the concerns raised by customers by following the policy guidelines, Table of benefits and company guidelines, rules & standards.
oThe candidate should understand the different aspects of the Healthcare Platform and a good understanding of all medical policies /terminology.
oExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
oArabic speaker is an added advantage
