Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
Maintain updated records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Handle complaints professionally, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolutions.
