Job Description

We are looking for a

Customer Care Executive / Receptionist

to join our aesthetic clinic. The candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and professional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries. Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments. Provide accurate information about clinic services and offers. Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff. Manage patient records, consent forms, and billing coordination. Handle patient feedback, queries, and complaints politely. Support follow-ups and basic service coordination. Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization.

Requirements:



Experience as a receptionist or customer care executive, preferably in an aesthetic or healthcare clinic. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Presentable, well-groomed, and professional demeanor. Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office / clinic software). English required; Arabic is an advantage.
