Job Description

Job purpose: A customer service Manager will act as a liaison, provide services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer/tenants might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Duties and responsibilities:
  • Involves in dealing with the clients and tenants in relation to property management Residential or Commercial for Quotation Lease Agreement, Renewal process or Final Settlement process.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries, day to day email correspondence and contacting clients for negotiation process, calculation amount for the annual rental or extension tenancy, prepare contracts, fill checks amount and registering payments cheques or cash in the Finance Department System, prepare daily Billings Receipts.
  • Prepare a Tax Invoice for the rental, extension, deduction, or penalty, etc.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints as well as taking messages accurately and passing to appropriate person(s) Landlord.
  • Creating and amending legal documents, weekly reports about tenants\xe2\x80\x99 files and vacating property files.
  • Maintaining diary systems for fee earners, arranging booking meetings between Landlord and tenants.
  • Maintain an effective filing system liaising with the Management.
  • Organizing invoices and quotation as per instruction of the CEO.
  • Working as part of a team in the Finance Department.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and the firm\xe2\x80\x99s policies in general.
  • Other support services include taking minutes of meetings and initiating and replying to correspondence on routine matters.
  • Property arrangement Interior Design as per client\xe2\x80\x99s request.
  • Preparation of dispute resolution break notices for Final Settlement or Early Termination
  • Working as part of collection department: Following up for bounced cheques, pending payment, cheques replacement.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, as necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED4,000.00 per month Ability to Commute:
