Job Summary: Looking for a Customer Care Executive in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Offer quality services to customers daily through responding to their calls as well as online enquiries
  • Respond to all requests, queries, complaints or enquiries made by customers in a proper and efficient way
  • Settle customer complaints over the phone, email, mail or social media platforms
  • Takes customers\' orders
  • Prepare and present correct as well as complete report as may be required
  • Conduct any other relevant duties as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree/Diploma from a recognized institution
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a customer service or care role
  • Must be computer literate
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively solve issues
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Asian candidates are required
