Job Description

The Role
Contact potential customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts ?Answer questions about products or the company ?Ask questions to understand customer requirements. ?Enter and update customer information in the database CRM. ?Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information ?Able to multitask ?Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers. ?Good team player ?Dialing 80-100 Calls in a Day. ?Coordination with senior managers in sales matters. ?Minimum 1 years of experience in Real Estate outbound Telesales and marketing. - Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems. - Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services. - Opens customer accounts by recording account information. - Maintains customer records by updating account information. - Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer\xe2\x80\x99s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution. - Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. - Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. - Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements
Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role ?Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM and MS Office programs) and telephone systems ?Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects ?Excellent knowledge of English - Written / Speaking ?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ?Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus
