Job Qualifications and Experience
  • The suitable candidate must have a Degree in a business related course
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
  • Must be service driven hand flexible
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude
  • Must be computer literate
  • Should be able to handle pressure as well as all kinds of clients
  • Ability to effectively solve issues
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Asian candidates are preferred
