- The suitable candidate must have a Degree in a business related course
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Must be service driven hand flexible
- Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude
- Must be computer literate
- Should be able to handle pressure as well as all kinds of clients
- Ability to effectively solve issues
- Fluency in English is a must
- Asian candidates are preferred
