Responsibilities:



Assist in managing incoming customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses. Support customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. Learn about our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers. Assist in handling customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Identify opportunities for process improvements based on customer feedback and inquiries. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to effectively address customer questions and concerns.

Requirements



Fresh graduate : Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Empathy and the ability to build rapport with customers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Fluency in Arabic and English.
